My classes are focused on the needs of the group as a whole and as much as possible on the needs of the individual student. They are suitable for all abilities and levels of experience, as each lesson plan accounts for modifications to postures to make them accessible for all.

They are structured to include Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing work), meditation and relaxation taught in a relaxed and supportive environment. My objective is that my students leave the classes with a heightened awareness of both their physical and spiritual capabilities

All classes are paid for in 6 weeks block bookings at £36.00 – £6 per class. Apart from Preganacy Yoga which are paid for in 8 week block bookings at £64.00 – £8 per class.

Drop in’s are available at £7’s per class
