Modern teenagers have to face many daily stresses – the practice of yoga will enable them to feel a sense of calm and relief and help them cope with the pressure of exams, family life and friendships.Teenagers can only benefit from listening to the needs of their bodies and yoga will enrich their routines and help them to generally slow down and listen to their own needs.The breathing exercises can be used outside of the classroom and family home and will bring a much-needed sense of calm to any chaotic or challenging situation.

Weekly yoga sessions in schools can be booked as an extracurricular activity and I am happy to offer yoga as a method of dealing with exam stress as part of the syllabus during the spring and summer terms. Please email me for further details and prices.
