Hatha Yoga is a combination of breathing and posturing designed to leave you feeling more balanced and powerful both physically and mentally. As a student you will also practice the art of deep breathing (Pranayama) and posturing (Asana) followed by entering into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. Hatha yoga is one of the most practiced yoga forms and can help you with flexibility and focus in all aspects of your life.

These classes are paid for in 6 week block bookings at £36.00 – £6 per class.
