Hatha Flow is a Hatha inspired class, using the breath to guide you from one posture to the next. Suitable for all level, this practice is a ideal for students who wish to build up a little more sweat that in your basic Hatha Yoga class but are not quite ready for the demands of a Vinyasa Flow class. Its the perfect remedy to reduce stress levels, and improve the overall flexibility and physical strength of the body. Each class will finish with either a deep relaxation in Savasana.

These classes are paid for in 6 week block bookings at £36.00 – ( taken in 6 consecutive weeks )
